Terms of Service

Zenbx (“Zenbx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an AI-powered inbox management tool that helps content creators identify, analyse, and respond to brand partnership emails. The Service includes our web application, APIs, and any related features or updates.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Zenbx you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Zenbx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

To provide inbox analysis, Zenbx requests read and send access to your connected email account(s) via OAuth (Google) or SMTP credentials. This access is used solely to fetch brand partnership emails for analysis and to send replies you have authored and approved.

Zenbx's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not read, store, or process emails that are not related to brand partnerships and sponsorship inquiries. Zenbx does not sell your email data to third parties. You can revoke email access at any time from your account Settings or directly through your Google account security settings.

Zenbx uses AI to analyse emails, score opportunities, summarise contracts, and generate draft replies. All AI-generated output — including fit scores, priority labels, suggested counter amounts, red flag detections, contract summaries, and draft emails — is provided for informational purposes only.

The AI's output is not legal, tax, financial, investment, or professional advice. The AI produces suggestions based on your stated preferences, the data you provide, and the content of the emails or documents you analyse. AI output is not a guarantee of accuracy, a guarantee of outcome, or a prediction of how any brand, counterparty, or third party will respond.

Zenbx is not an agent or legal representative. Zenbx is a drafting and organizational tool. Zenbx does not act as your attorney, tax professional, financial advisor, broker, talent agent, manager, or legal representative, and does not negotiate with, communicate with, or represent you to any brand, counterparty, or third party. You are the sole author and sender of every message generated using the Service, and every decision you make — including whether to accept, counter, or decline any offer — is solely yours.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before acting on it — including reviewing draft emails before sending, verifying contract summaries against the original document, and making the final decision on whether to accept, counter, or decline any partnership offer. Zenbx is not liable for the content of any communications sent by you using the Service or for any decision you make based on AI output.

For any matter that materially affects your legal rights, tax position, or financial obligations, please consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or other appropriate professional. The AI's outputs are a starting point for your own review, not a substitute for professional counsel.

Zenbx offers paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro) billed monthly or yearly at your choice. Plans include a monthly allocation of email analysis credits and draft credits. Credit allocations reset at the start of each monthly period regardless of billing interval. Credits do not roll over between periods. Additional credits can be purchased via one-time top-up packs.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access and credits until then. We do not provide refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods except where required by law.

Zenbxreserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use Zenbx to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or harassing communications
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Zenbx and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including draft emails you generate and contracts you upload. By using the Service you grant Zenbx a limited licence to process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR EMAIL WILL BE DETECTED OR CORRECTLY ANALYSED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENBX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, DEAL VALUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZENBX'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZENBX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

Zenbx may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
